Our Servicing Plan:

We offer two types of arrangements with different payment methods. To gain the trust of our clients, we highly recommend our clients try our ON-CALL Basis service.

1. Long-term (Annually basis)
2. On-call basis.

During our support with our clients, we also provide two types of support:

1. Online Support: We usually conduct remote support to our clients’ machines (servers, laptops, or computers) if the problems are related to software issues.
2. On-Site Support: This happens if the client’s machine has an issue with hardware failure or the OS system cannot boot up.
